what was your first contact with art?
the truth is i´ve been doing art since always, i think all kids are artists and i was no exception, i remember drawing, painting, and making crazy things with wax, clay, mud and whatever came my way.

how do you see the tattoo in the world today? With so many different styles and artists.
i think we are in a great time for the tattoo world today! tattooing is an ancient art, but decades ago it was seen as something taboo, tribal and in some cases marginal, now the boundaries between fine arts and tattoo are disappearing, more and more last years have been appearing creative visual artists, outsiders from the classic tattoo culture that has chosen skin to expand their possibilities of expression.

what are your main references?
i don´t have main references to be truth.. i think using others work as references could be limiting although i admire and get inspire by a lot of artists i like.
Amanda Wachob was for example the first one i saw doing something really different on skin, her work gave me the impulse i needed for stop limiting myself about the concept of a tattoo and how it should be look like.

what else inspires you when creating?
Emotions have always been my main inspiration. off course i get inspire by physical things too, like the infinite color shades of nature.. but it´s always about how that colors or that music or that phrase makes me feel and trying to get that feeling into one piece of art. share it, communicate it.

as you see and define your art?
i think there are some obvious features like feminine and expressionist in my work but i don´t like to define myself, mostly because i´m constantly changing.

what do you think about being one of the main references in the world of tattoo watercolor?
surreal is the best word i have to describe it haha i don´t know how i ended up being a tattoo artist in the first place, i don´t even consider myself one to be true, for me tattooing it´s just another thing of many things that i do. having that kind of impact and appreciation in the tattoo world is flattering of course but a bit scary for me to be honest.

tell us a bit about yourself:
Its difficult for me to write and tell about myself, i think thats the reason i draw and paint. that´s my way to show others who i really am and feel.
